Workshops
This year, everything revolves around the subject of food—its stories and its potential futures! Where does it come from, and how is it grown? What stories and journeys lie behind it—and ahead of it? And how can we eat in a more climate-friendly way, both today and in the future?
The workshops will be filled with research, cooking, games, and plenty of experimentation. During the festival weekend on July 25th and 26th in HafenCity, we invite you to gather around a table to taste these novel dishes, and to experience their unique scents, sights, and sounds together!
